The songs are 'High Healed Sneekers' from a gig in February 08 at the Norden Park Arts Centre and 'Downtrodden Woman' from a gig at the Spitz in London in October 2006. On the band's 'MySpace' site, you can view 'Live Sample Videos' of the songs 'High Healed Sneekers', 'Downtrodden Woman' and 'People Get Ready'.
